A 1″ thick, full-width steel griddle anchors the left side while four 32,000 BTU open burners keep up with high-volume production. Beneath, a 26-1/2″ convection oven and a 26-1/2″ standard oven give you the freedom to bake, roast, or finish dishes simultaneously—all backed by a two-year parts & labor warranty.
