The Globe GF15G is a Countertop 15 lb Fryer. The stainless steel constructed fryer is designed for heavy-duty countertop frying such as french fries, onion rings, chicken, donuts, fish fillets, shrimp, and more. The stainless steel fry pot comes with a drain valve and extension pipe. The heavy duty nickel-plated fry baskets have cool to touch insulated handles. The GF15G comes with adjustable 4″ stainless steel legs. It has Robert Shaw snap-action thermostats for fast recovery. Inside the heat chambers are high performance, stainless steel tube burners. The thermostat has high limit protection.
