SUP racing is a lot of fun and an excellent training for strength, endurance and balance. Stand Up Paddling is the process of standing on the board and rowing forward with a paddle, similar to canoeing. All muscles are trained! The board has a sleek shape and a narrow tapered tip. This makes it easy to glide quickly and effortlessly on the water. A fin on the underside provides more stability. The stand surface is equipped with an anti-slip coating and thus enables a firm stand as well as high foot comfort. The Stand Up Paddleboard can be easily inflated with the supplied pump and when not in use it can be stowed away in a space-saving and foldable way.
